We want you to be completely satisfied with your NUXE purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or opened beauty products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your NUXE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unopened products in their original box, ensuring you include the printed return form or a note with your order number.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
